CaP Training is for All Mental Health Practitioners Anywhere
We offer global professionals outstanding training in the Catharsis Application Program, a Psycho-Emotional Therapy, to help children, adolescents, adults, veterans, and others to recover from trauma, behavioral issues, and other mental suffering.

 Our Curriculum is clear, efficient, & practical It covers basic principles, protocols and procedures for the implementation of CAP in a therapeutic environment. The training explores the benefits associated with artistic mediation in facing trauma and other mental suffering gradually in a gentle way, so participants can handle emotions without the risk of being re-traumatized. The Catharsis Application Program Integrates Easily Catharsis Application Program (CAP) is a Psycho-Emotional Therapy using a unique graphic expression under musical induction method. Patients are drawing without any guidance while listening to a pre-selected programmed piece of music during each session.
"Allowing creativity to flow in drawing, painting, and collages during music listening helps patients discover themselves and lets those who observe their drawings get a glimpse of their mental organization at a particular moment in time. Patients are able to reacquaint themselves with their internal world, made up of strengths, weaknesses, mental and spiritual forces, all of which being stimulated and mobilized by the music. — Dr. Michel G. After listening, patients are instructed to write a comment and then report their feelings, perceptions, imagery, and visions to the therapist. The drawings, writings, and verbalization become the basis of the therapeutic process with guidelines that prompt individuals to depict symbolically the deep core of their emotional issues. Clinical observation and interpretation allow a unique way to explore all the collected data and provide an essential tool in the psychological or psychiatric practice. Practitioners will be able to incorporate the information readily into their own theoretical perspective.
